Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This policy allows us to ensure that every product our customers receive is brand new, unused, and sealed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly help resolve the issue.
To be eligible for assistance:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide clear photo or video evidence

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent
• The issue was reported within 7 days of delivery
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, the order is considered successfully delivered.
RAVE GLOBAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide a secure delivery location.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.
Customer Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled. RAVE GLOBAL is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
If an address mistake is discovered, customers must contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
Processing & Shipping Time Agreement
By placing an order with Lumerance, customers acknowledge and agree to the processing and shipping timeframes stated on the product page and checkout page.
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or global logistics disruptions are outside of our control.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Our support team is always available to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

By completing a purchase with Lumerance, you agree to contact our support team first to attempt a resolution.
Submitting a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a product may result in:
• Permanent banning from future purchases
• Evidence submission to payment processors
• Investigation by the relevant financial institutions
For every order, we maintain transaction records, delivery confirmations, fraud screening results, and customer agreement to store policies.
